The safe was delivered on time and although it took some time to get it into a tight space, they managed to get it bolted down and secured. I’ve used these guys three times now for residential locks. The first time I was asking for speciality locks on antique doors and the tech realized he needed help, which I appreciated. The owner himself came and did the install and they’ve been great.I just recently did a super simple re-keying of all exterior doors and locks and it was fast, simple, affordable, and professional. The tech communicated well, was polite and friendly, and agreed to add some extra keys for just $4 each. It was great!

I had an amazing experience with this locksmith! I accidentally locked my keys inside my car, and to make matters worse, my car battery was dead in freezing weather. He arrived quickly, was professional and friendly, and got my car unlocked with no damage at all. On top of that, he went out of his way to help jump my car so I could get back on the road. As I walked to my truck, after clocking out of work, horror washed over me. I looked inside the window and saw my keys laying in the front seat. It was freezing cold, I was dead tired and now I had to deal with this awful situation. I called a few places which have helped me in the past but to no avail. One guy, whose girlfriend answered his phone, said he was in a meeting. She took my number but no one ever called me back. I called Pop-a-Lock but they wanted $80 and they'd be there in an hour. I said "No thanks" and broke down in tears. I picked King's number randomly off a Google search and prayed I wasn't calling in vain. The woman who answered was so nice and sweet, that I was actually caught off guard. Michelle said "No problem girl we got you. Depending on traffic, we can be there in 15 minutes." I sat on the tailgate of my truck and waited. Sure enough I saw a work van pull up less than 20 minutes later. Joey was very kind and professional and got me inside my truck in no time. It was a fair price, like $50 something. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do, it will be a comfort to know they will come thru ♥

They are truly amazing! I visited their office to get my car key cut. They have both laser and manual key cutting machines. They used the laser machine and got my key ready in like 5-10 minutes. Very fast! But what’s more impressive was their service. They were welcoming with a smile from the moment I walked in, answered all my questions without rushing, and were friendly and kind. Our 2002 Chrysler Concorde had one of its chipped keys break off in the trunk and we had only one key left. We drove in from Paris and met Clinton at the Bryan Station Kroger. We had a blank key already so he cut and programmed that key and also had him make an additional key so our old key became a spare. Clinton also discovered our old keys were not entirely cut correctly and with the tools at his disposal made us perfect new keys. He also made short work extracting that key broken off in the trunk. Clinton was friendly, professional and saved the day for us!

Misplaced my original factory key and only had a bad duplicate (from a hardware store) that I had to fight with. Kevin was able to assess what was wrong and, not only corrected the bad duplicate, but made 2 keys just as good as the factory original!!!Plus, he hit all the locks with Houdini spray and I couldn't believe all the dirt and grime that came out of the ignition switch!Kevin was professional and truly gifted in making keys.
